GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

It was kind of a wet day in Glacier NP, but it was not raining. The mountains and snowpack as well as streams are just too beautiful to describe. The following pictures are taken along the Highway to the Sun in the National Park.

Cold, Cold water.

Took a 1 mi. guided hike in the forest.

You can see much damage from a forest fire in 2008.

The highway was very steep and curvy.

There were waterfalls everywhere we looked.

What a view.

Glacier that is expected to disappear in the next 20 years or so.

We had a really nice picnic lunch along side of a lake in Glacier. It was a nice day.

Lots of forest fire damage near the East entrance to Glacier NP.

Rafting is a big thing just outside of Glacier.
