OREGON COAST, SEATTLE, OLYMPIA, BOEING ETC.

Once again pictures are out of order. This is Seattle seaport.

Mt. Hood from Interstate 5 near Olympia WA.

Crossing the Colombia river, out of Oregon and into Washington state.

Seattle

We toured the Boeing factory and Museum in Everett WA. Cameras were allowed in the museum but not on the tour of the factory that makes the new Dreamliner, the 747, and the 777. It was a real treat.

Inside the museum they had a 707 cockpit. Belinda and Pricilla had to try it out.

A brand spanking new plane, never flown before, and we got to watch it.

I believe this was a GE jet engine. They are huge.

Downtown Seattle from the freeway.

Inside Pikes Market in downtown Seattle.

More inside the market. Very interesting place.

Everything from fish to produce to clothing to beer.

In the fish market you have to watch out, they may toss a fish every once in a while. The workers there have a habit of tossing a fish from one side of the market to the other every now and then.

OH, did I tell you that Pikes Market also has a brewery.

Somehow this picture got out of order. This is back in Oregon on the coast. Our trip up the coast of Oregon was beautiful, however it was very cool and sometimes foggy. We would recommend the trip because of it's beauty but the temperature is not for us.

We had a great time traveling with Glenn and Pricilla. They live in Vancouver BC. They traveled down to Coos Bay, OR in their motor home and stayed with us all the way back up to Vancouver. We will again head out with them out to interior British Colombia in our motor homes. We spend three months a year on the beach in Melaque Jalisco Mexico in our motor homes.

This is our motor home, picture taken by Pricilla following us.

TRAVEL ALONG THE OREGON COAST. BEER, FISH, BRIDGES AND FUN.

The river running behind our campground in Lincoln City, OR.

Salmon caught behind the campground.

Enjoying fish and chips and a pint of IPA at the Rusty Truck Brewery in Lincoln City OR.

Glenn loves his samplers.

A hike to a lighthouse, these trees were all covered with green moss. Very damp and cool.

We experienced lots of fog and cool weather along the Oregon coast.

Inside the Tillamook cheese factory store.

The Tillamook factory makes ice cream too.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere.

Following Glenn and Pricilla.

We don't think Brooks liked this one from his sampler.

Hwy. 101 along the Oregon coast.

The Myrtlewood factory. They manufacture wooden bowls made from Myrtlewood

THIS WAS OUR TRIP FROM CRESCENT CITY CA. TO CRATER LAKE NATIONAL PARK.

Driving thru the Redwood Forest on our way to Grants Pass OR. on the way to Crater Lake.

This vineyard and winery were near Grants Pass, OR.

The drive was beautiful. Lots of rivers and lakes.

Maybe the last time I will ever walk on snowl

Had to take a picture of this goof and his wife. I guess they like to attract attention. Hate to say it but they were from Wisconsin.

Maybe someone will tell us what kind of birds these are.
