This was a fun day with friends and neighbors from El Parque Etc. We all went out to the hot springs in San Juan Cosala. There were a lot of smiles that day.

Everyone felt a lot better at the end of the day.

The mud bath was a lot of fun.

It is nice to see Martha with a big smile.

Margret, Lynn, and Terry C.

Yikes! what is that stuff on Stuart's forehead. He says it is oatmeal. There were a lot of birds flying around???

Some new babies that were with their mom and dad, twins.

Bernie C. and Chris

This was at the Shriner's Rib Fest. The new President of Chapala gave a nice short speech.

This was the final hot tub, rinse for the mud.

Nice little things like this all over the grounds of the Hot Springs/Spa.

Maureen and Gordon. There was a large group of El Parque residents at the Rib Fest. El Parque does a great job of supporting the Shriner's.

Brooks and Mary dancing at the Rib Fest.

Rhonda and Lew. Wish they would spend a little more time at El Parque they are such a nice couple.

A look at the grounds where the Rib Fest is held.

This is Jackie and Perry, Brooks and Mary's son and daughter in law. They were visiting for a couple of weeks.

Another look at the grounds where the Rib Fest is held.

Employee appreciation day at El Parque. Paulino ad his wife.

Employees and their kids enjoying the pool at El Parque.

More of the Employee Appreciation Day. That is Martha's mother dancing in the center.

Another of Martha's mom.

Kids were having a great time, enjoying the ice cream.

Even Fernando was dancing.

This picture was taken in Barra Navidad. It is from the top floor of a hotel. We call it the sunset bar. Beautiful view of the ocean and the best place around to have a nice drink, visit with friends and watch the sunset. This was only a few days before we headed back home.
We are now in San Antonio Tlyacapan living for a few weeks in the motor home. Our house is rented and we will move back home on April 1. The weather here at Lakeside got quite cool last week, we got all the way down to 50 F. That don't seem that cold , but when you are used to the beach and 85 to 90 every day, and the evenings cooling down to 70 it felt down rite cold.
We are happy to be home here at Lakeside, we have played a few rounds of golf. Priscilla and Glenn will be leaving the beach and staying here for a couple of weeks. We hope to do some day trips with them and also get in some golf.

With friends at the sunset bar in Barra De Navidad.

There was a full moon just before we left the beach. The waves were quit high. Beautiful to watch, but not too good for swimming.

Every once in a while the Mexican Navy takes a cruise through the bay in front of the campground. I really think they are looking for babes on the beach.

This a group of  H.S. students that came to the beach from Mexico City. They were a nice group of kids. Notice that they took their trampoline onto the beach. This bird must have been very curious.

Here we are on the highway passing through Colima, on our way home. It was a real nice trip home. The temperature got cooler and cooler as we climbed from sea level to about 5500 ft. of elevation at home.

This is the active volcano mountain at Colima. Notice no smoke at the top. This was a nice clear day with no clouds near the top of the mountain. That does not happen too often.

Same mountain, a release of smoke.

We have not been able to see this before, because the clouds usually cover the top of the mountain. Nice show.

On the road in San Juan Cosala. They were trying to attract attention to the near by restaurants.

We are glad to be home, notice the Jacaranda trees in bloom, beautiful purple flowers. This time of year it is very dry, but for some reason, everything is in bloom. Lots of flowering trees.

Belinda, Brooks, Sid. at Brooks and Mary's. They had us over on the evening we arrived. Fun was had by all.
