This picture is of our next door neighbor in Mexico. It was Lois's 90th birthday party. That lady is full of life and sure does not look 90. She is a great neighbor. Party was at La Bodega restaurant.

Belinda was invited by her friend Mary to attend a Red Hats dinner. The dinner was at one of the Red Hat ladies home. They live on a farm not far from Chapala , Mexico. They raise sheep, cattle and goats. Belinda had a great time and the dinner was very good.

We are on our way for a 5 month trip to the U.S. and Canada. This is near Lagos De Morino, Jalisco, Mexico. This is just days before Easter. These people were on Pilgrimage to somewhere? We thought thet there may be a couple of hundred people. Little did we know, we drove about 35 miles and they were still coming, just like this.

It was not hundreds of people, it was thousands.

We went thru Lagos De Morino and onto the new toll road, sure enough, they were still coming. The procession finally stopped at about 40 miles.

We stayed in Dixieland MH park, RV section for a week while we visited with our sister in law Sherry. Did some essential shopping and had the carpet cleaned in our Motorhome.

On the move again, after 8 days in Harlingen, Texas we headed to So. Padre Island TX. We will be here for about a week and then head over to McAllen, TX.

On our way to the So. Padre Island I wanted to run the generator ad run the AC in the Motor Home. The generator would run but there was no power to the AC. After much research and troubleshooting, this is the problem. It is a automatic transfer switch. Must have had a power surge somewhere, it is fried.

I ordered a new part on line, should get here next week. In the mean time, when we are plugged in, the AC works perfectly. It's not a really expensive fix if I replace it myself. Will keep everyone posted on the progress. The dash AC in the motor home keeps us cool when we are driving anyway.
